Great observations lead to great EYFS outcomes

Building confidence in all practitioners

Great observations throughout the year obviously helps to secure judgements of the Early Learning Goals, but doing this with all staff of various experiences is tricky. Our EYFS moderators will help create a culture that enables all observations to be 'on point'.

The session explores:

-  Good practice in observation making

-  How outstanding settings work towards an observational culture

-  Ways of involving children in learning observations

-  Working with moderators to elicit EYFS goals
